How to I connect to get a flower quote?
We are so glad you asked!
Our process starts with an inquiry. After your inquiry is placed our team will be reaching out with some questions on date, flower items you would like to include and inspiration photos. If you can include these items in your inquiry that would be incredible and we can respond with budget pricing right away.
The date is available and budget pricing is great, what is the next step?
After this, we move into the heart and soul of what we love to do, an in person consult! We want to hear everything when it comes to your special day, whether it’s your wedding, anniversary dinner or simply a party with friends. We want the tea:) We also talk in seasonal blooms, different sized arrangements, repurposing blooms, details on ribbons or specialty flowers, tear down options etc. Our goal is by the time you leave our studio calm, knowledgeable and excited vision for your event.
In person consult is done, what is next?
Two words.
Moodboards and contracts. We take your dreams and ideas and turn them into a detailed notes on a contract and then construct a custom moodboard. We have you sign off on both and put down your deposit. Then we pour our hearts into the behind the scenes work! Creating recipes, prepping flowers and doing all the behind the scene’s work to create a day that you will remember for a lifetime.
Do you provide on site setup for weddings and events?
Yes! Our pricing includes on site setup for weddings and events for all areas within 2 hours of our studio. If you are outside the 2 hour window? Fear not, We got you! At the in person consult we discuss several options for delivery and set.
Do you provide decor or rentals?
Let us attempt to make this as non confusing as possible:)
We do on some items those include bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets and several other smaller items will come with vases. However items such as table vases, ceremony vases will not come standard but we can add to our flower packages. However if you are wanting arches, candles, custom vases, we have some incredible local rental companies and favorite spots to get those pieces.
How far in advance should I book my flowers?
Depends on the event. Weddings, book at least 6-12 months before especially if your wedding is in peak season. We love having plenty of time to prepare and to handle any unexpected changes. Parties throughout the week or evenings are much more flexible and can be booked closer to.
Do you offer budget friendly options?
Oh yes, we are here for it!
Let us know what you are looking for flower wise and we have a variety of options up our sleeve with build your own, repurposing flowers, budget friendly blooms etc. The biggest thing is to have an open mind, a vivid imagination and we can create magic.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
We keep this super straight forward and simple.
If the event is canceled within 30 days of the event the initial deposit in non-refundable. If the wedding is canceled 60 days prior to the event date, all payments made will be refunded in full.
